Saekano the Movie: Finale was released on Blu-ray and DVD on September 23, 2020.
As was allluded to in another reply, Amazon got exclusive rights to season 2, and while we aren't privy to the length of their license, it's likely long enough that CR would not be acquiring this license any time soon, if ever.

At the end of Saekano the Movie: Finale, Tomoya and Megumi are happily married as well as the chairman and vice chairwoman of Blessing Software. They are also shown to have purchased an apartment which they live in together.
It's an anime that focuses in on its characters, I'm definitely not saying that the plot is bad I'm just saying that the characters of the anime are the focal point, and make it worth watching. But just remember if you plan to watch Saekano, as their game progresses, hilarity ensues not far behind.

Does Utaha like Tomoya?
In the anime, it is hinted that Utaha has romantic feelings for Tomoya, but it isn't clear yet. Although she didn't show it in the beginning, she slowly began to show her feelings for him. However it soon becomes clear that her liking of him is far more than normal, going so far as to exhibit yandere tendencies.
But Tomoya even said that he wanted to be friends forever with Eriri, because she was the first and almost only otaku friend he had, and because of this, it is heavily implied that she has romantic feelings for him, but she never admits it although her feelings are very obvious.
Nisekoi's first two seasons did not adapt the whole manga, but the thing is – the series probably won't be coming back. We know that there is more material to adapt, that much is obvious, but the fact is that the producers don't seem to have any plans for the series' continuation.
A second season consisting of 12 episodes, titled Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend Flat, began airing on April 14, 2017 and finished airing on June 23, 2017, with a web-only "episode 0" releasing on April 6, 2017.
